Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many lessons are currently conducted via face-to-face, virtual lessons utilizing Zoom. The Academy is not an online school (which typically does not include real-time interactions). For the 2021-2022 school year, the Academy is resuming in-person lessons when possible. In person instruction will be held in Issaquah and Sammamish homes, libraries, or the Academy administrative office in Sammamish, WA. Some families will elect to continue instruction via Zoom. You must be available to teach at any of these locations.

Instructors travel to student homes, in addition to meeting students at the Academy office or via Zoom. You will need reliable, private transportation and the ability to meet students in the Sammamish and Issaquah area. The Academy compensates for drive time between students. We also serve students in other cities or out-of-state, meeting online.

If you can accomplish the goals above and fit the requirements of this position, please apply now. We look forward to working with you!
